Not really “Vintage Audio” but definitely Great Audio! Pictures I took at the recent Pearl Jam concert in Missoula, Montana. What a great band!

Here is a little Marantz 2216(e) I picked up. I found it on German eBay. I had to Google translate the description to make sure it was a worthy unit, LOL! It needed all new lights, a new power cord, a re-string of the tuner needle and a good cleaning. Hard to find the Marantz units in black. This little 2216 sounds very nice.

The after picture of the Marantz 2245. All new lights and a good cleaning. Now it needs some interior work because it sounds hollow and underpowered. Very un-Marantz like.

A picture of a Marantz 2245 I picked up before I cleaned it up. I have since replaced all the lights and vellum in front of the lights. Pictures coming soon!

A couple for the Sansui fans out there. This unit was acquired on a trade. I cleaned the face and added some some lights. It is in mint condition. This model was second to the top of the line, the 881.

A portrait of a friends 2385. The wood case had some aging to it so I created a vintage feel to the photo.

A family portrait of my 2252 (on top), 2230 (middle) and the 2216.

My restored Marantz 2252. It has been re-capped and the power board was completely rebuilt. It sounds very similar to my 2230 but with a bit more power.
